Ces m\u00e9thodes sont quantitatives et dites fonctionnelles et mol\u00e9culaires\u00a0; les r\u00e9solutions sont millim\u00e9triques (de l\u2019ordre de 0.8mm in vivo pour la TEMP du laboratoire).<\/p>\n<p>Ces modalit\u00e9s sont mises en \u0153uvre dans un environnement autoris\u00e9 par l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de S\u00fbret\u00e9 Elle est bas\u00e9e sur la d\u00e9tection de 2 photons gamma de 511 KeV \u00e9mis \u00e0 180\u00b0 l&rsquo;un de l&rsquo;autre lors de l&rsquo;annihilation d&rsquo;un positon avec un \u00e9lectron de la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Radio\u00e9l\u00e9ments autoris\u00e9s sur le plateau d\u2019imagerie : Fluor 18, Carbone 11, Cuivre
