Certified ISO 9001 since January 2008 and NFX 50-900 since January 2014, the TAAM unit has developed a systematic focus on client feedback, which enables us to constantly improve our services.
We wish to thank all our customers for their feedback; we pay particular attention to it.
It is mainly through their analysis that TAAM has put in place several actions.
In 2022 :
- A new microbiological diagnostic service based on PCR and non-invasive sampling methods
In 2021 :
A Cryogard system to ship frozen biological material in dry-shipper,
- A new design of the web site, offering greater visibility of the TAAM unit’s expertise and skills,
- Catalogue of services directly available on the web site,
- A new descriptive offer of service to better outline clients’ needs and requirements,
- A new organization in project mode, with to improve the management and monitoring of clients’ projects.
In 2020 :
- A new microbiological diagnostic service using environmental filters installed on ventilated racks.
